Vouchers are sent via Email when your booking is confirmed. In addition, you can view vouchers for future travel at all times in the My Account. If you are concerned that you may not be able to access the internet at your destination, please be sure to print out a copy of your voucher before you travel

Contact Customer Service with the Booking Reference number and the name, phone and fax number of the hotel or place you will be staying at. We will advise by phone or fax when your booking is confirmed and send your confirmation voucher. Please note this option is only available for confirmations close to departure date. It is essential that you have your voucher to exchange for your travel service.

In some destinations, We offers a selection of private and custom tours. You can find these tours by selecting the Private and Custom Tours category, if available. You can also email us to request a customise itinerary.

The majority of our tours and activities listed on the website are only available in English. If another language is available, you can see it mentioned under the Important Info tab on the tour and activity page or Important Info section of the tour and activity page on the app, under the list of inclusions. In some instances, you’ll be able to select a language option during the booking process.
